The Canals of Venice
Our first stop in Italy was to Venice, with its amazing canals and waterways. Lots of time spent wandering the streets, the canals, and eating in the little restaurants that popped up out of nowhere during the evening and then vanished without a trace the following morning.
Our first stop in Italy was to beautiful Venice.
It was great to just wander around the streets and take in all the sites. The place really came alive at night and restaurants popped up out of nowhere on the side streets.
Then it was off by train to see The Leaning Tower of Pisa, via Florence.
